Description
Defensive Handgun 2 is an intermediate level course designed to review and build upon the skills and concepts of Defensive Handgun 1. New skills and concepts presented include:
- Drawing from concealed carry
- Moving and shooting
- Close quarter encounters
- Weapon retention
- Overcoming mental and physiological barriers
Defensive Handgun 2 is a more dynamic course than Defensive Handgun 1. Although not required, participants are encouraged to take the Defensive Handgun 1 course prior to this one.
Required Items
Participants are required to bring the following items with them:
- Handgun (this course is designed for semi-auto pistols)
- 300 rounds of appropriate ammunition
- Holster used for concealed carry
- Eye protection
- Ear protection
- Extra magazine
- Magazine pouch
Rates
Small Group (1-5 people): $500
Large Group (6-10 people): $1000
Participants must be 18 or older.
